Employment Summary: Robert C. Parker (BAE)
In 2004 I took a job with BAE SYSTEMS as a Principal Systems Engineer supporting Compass Call, the Premier Stand Off Electronic Attack aircraft. I left Raytheon to pursue more challenges as a Principal Systems Engineer and to refine my Systems Engineering skills. My hopes are that as I explore more stimulating development projects I will grow in breadth as well depth in my engineering skills. I have found that BAE is a great company and they have supported all my efforts to grow as an engineer. They have sponsored several technical training events on my behalf and have provided mentoring in a way I have not seen since I left active duty. I am currently enrolled in a Systems Engineering Masters Program from JHU. BAE sponser this program on their campus. Since Jan 2005 I have been working on a program called ATIRCM/CMWS . It has been a good experience and has helped me grow my breadth of experience as a Systems Engineer. I have been working in an aircraft integration section.
