I performed System Administration, software maintenance and modification support for several COTS (Commercial Off The Shelf)  and GOTS (Government Off The Shelf)  Image Intelligence software products.  I spent a lot of time in Vitec ELT configuring user interfaces and responding to user's needs. I trained the Image Analysts in the proper use of the  IPL software and  keept the TARS Screener software up and running.
